 The following tasks need additional volunteer work prior to the fly-in, and prior to the work-weekend.  Please call (936-369-4362) to arrange a time to come over and help out. We are in desperate need of help this year:

Paint empty bottles blue and orange.
 Paint runway end tires.
 Create more runway camp sites, clear brush.
 Locate and fill holes, runway side and camp areas
 Porta-johns (Wash down and service, not clean out)
 Repair picnic tables
 Cleanup and organize kitchen.

 Lime-line application
 Auto parking flagline
 Shop for food, van loading/unloading
  
 SIGN UP!!!  Volunteers needed during fly-in:
 Parking Directors:  aircraft
 Pottie Patrol - twice daily
 Trash bag replacement and trash haul-off (as-needed)
 Runway crossing guards
 Fishing Derby Judge (2-4 PM Sat.) 2 persons needed this year
 Van driver/shopper for emergency food shopping runs to Tyler
 Registration helpers
We do need volunteers on any day of the week (call ahead) for the heavy work re-dressing the camping areas & trails after the trim-loggers roughed it up, and also the runway after the wild hogs tore up the north end. Please call Dave to arrange a good day or two to come help, and don't forget the work weekend on Oct 20-21st.”
